Also responsible for field service calls and customer training both domestic and foreign. On service trips conducted classes for both customers and sales representatives. Conducted plant start up assistance and Instrumentation repair. 1989 promoted to Quality Control Manager where I managed quality control technicians.  1990 promoted to Product Manager.
